COVID-19 PROTOCOLS.
Just so you know!

“We are now using NPBI technology as part of our Covid 19 protocol.” 4 units were installed Friday, Dec 4: 1 each on the 3 HVAC units that heat/cool the church proper, and 1 on the HVAC unit that heats/cools the narthex. Click here for a pdf file that explains what these units do:

Here at St. Paul’s we are following both CDC and Diocesan guidelines to do our utmost to protect against the spread of Covid-19. Every day and after each and every Mass all high touch surfaces are sanitized in the narthex and the church (including door handles, pews and tables) with disinfectants, a UV-C wand and a disinfectant fogger machine (like those used in hospitals). At the Masses where Holy Communion is distributed either in the hand or on the tongue those distributing go through a purification of fingers of any particles of the Sacred Host and then a sanitizing solution with 80% alcohol between each family group/single individual. The rest of the building is still closed to the public and used by staff only. However, these areas also go through the same disinfecting protocols on a regular basis, especially the food pantry area. Once we are able to resume in person faith formation classes, those areas will also go through the same process.
