altar servers & Sacristans

This ministry is offered to children (3rd grade and above) that enables them to become participants in their faith in a different way. New and existing servers and sacristans are trained to be knowledgeable of current Church requirements. New servers and sacristans are always welcome.

Sacristans are to arrive thirty minutes before Mass to set up and remain after to clean up. Altar Servers have roles during Mass.  Both should arrive in formal church clothes that maintain the dignity of the human body and are reverent to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
