Greensboro Walk for Life

2024 Greensboro Walk for Life

The Pregnancy Network is hosting the Greensboro Walk for life on Saturday, April 20th at City Center Park in downtown Greensboro. Registration begins at 9 am and the walk will start at 10 am. Their goal is to raise $180,000 which will empower over 120 women to face their unplanned pregnancies without fear. Last year, 4,300 women in the Triad had abortions and 2,800 of those abortions happened in Greensboro. Women consider abortion for many reasons, but every reason is rooted in one common thing – fear. And that fear is powerful. The Pregnancy Network works to fill the hands of women with the resources and support needed to embrace their pregnancies without fear. They offer free and confidential services including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STD testing & treatment, Pregnancy 101 and Parenting 101 classes and mentorship.  Please see the  YouTube video below to find out more about what The Pregnancy Network does and how they help women and their families.

At the end of the pregnancy & parenting classes they give the participants a free gift for participating. They are asking for donations with some of the items used as gifts. If you are interested in helping out please click on this link:
