Our Book of Prayers and Prayer List
Our Book of Prayers in the Sanctuary is for all those who need prayers. By putting their name in the book they are prayed for at every Mass when at the Mass Intentions the Deacon reads, "and for all those in our Book of Prayers". Those names are also prayed for by the Sunday night Rosary group. It can be found on the left when you enter the Sanctuary, by the Confessional.
Parishioners, family of parishioners and close friends who are in grave need of prayers may either call the office at 336-294-4696 or email to have names added to the prayer list that is announced over one weekend at the General Intercessions and printed in the bulletin. Father and many parishioners pray over that list each day or weekly saying each name. We keep the names on that list for 3 months, unless we are updated before or contacted to keep them on additionally (this helps keep us updated). We ask that this list is kept current, as it can get to be a lot for those praying to individually go through.
