At St. Paul we are committed to providing a safe environment for our faith community, especially children and vulnerable adults. In accordance with the Diocese of Charlotte requirements, all parish volunteers must complete several compliance items, before participating in parish ministry.

All adults volunteering in the parish are required to register with the Charlotte Diocese on the CMG Connect Website. There they can complete the required volunteer background check and electronically sign required documents.
- Volunteers working with children, the elderly, or those that hold a leadership role are additionally required to complete the Safe Environment course with an annual recertification.
- Any volunteer driving for the parish will need to complete the Diocesan Safe Driver Course through the same website.
